I love my wife we have been together for 20 years but married for 10 about 4 months ago she started talk in chat rooms and apps to people in different parts of the world she is wondering why I'm a little ticked off when she is telling these people that she is single and I love you on the phone to these guys and doesn't want me in the room when she is talking to them but I bet if I was doing the same thing she would be pissed I'm just looking for advice

this house is my great great aunts house I grew up there and now it looks bad my aunt had a child that is now also dead but she has 2kids one doesnt want anything to do with the house and the other is a wanted fugitive and has lived for free in the house untill a few days ago cps kept showing up no lights or water for over 1 yr

and wont get a job or try to help them self the house now looks like horders and is bad cps said they are coming back with warrant to enter the house chances are they will condemm it is there any thing i can do to save the house or some of the contents legally the house is in my dead aunts name i can pay back taxes and am willing to clean and repair property how can i do this legally without adverss possion also could i get in trouble for entering home ? thanks in advance this is in TN hamilton county is there any options

I have a 1977 plymouth volare primer station wagon was going down the road and car behind me did not slow down and the driver wasn't paying attenion. they swerved at the last minute to the left and lost control and hit the driver side of my car at the front and back driver side door it smashed both doors in cracked front window and may have bent the frame it was the other drivers fault we are both insured their car is a90s or 2000 model mine is a 77 model i have contacted my insurance my car is a long way from perfect but it had been taken care of well the blue book value said at low retail it was worth 3grand dont think i will get that will the insurance company fix it or total it or what im not trying to be selfish but its the only car i have and i dont have the money to get a nother car. what will happen

my lab is 5 years old and her puppys are 6 and a half weeks old they still try to nurse but any time they do she throws up a little bit of the food she has eaten could the stress of the 7 puppys running to her to feed be making her sick and how do I get the puppys to stop nursing all the way we give them mussed up puppy food and they eat it but they still seem to want to nurse. help please

My father's parents had 50+ acres of land in alabama when they died the land was divided between the children. MY father inherited 4 acres of the land when he married he gave his wife half of the land and they were identified as joint tenants in common but they did a warranty deed back to each other thus abolishing joint right of survivorship in the land deed. Also after the life estate of my fathers parents terminated my father at that time were supposed to 1 either sell the property by agreement 2allow my father to buy out his wife's part or deed the real estate to his step daughters none of those things were ever done. doesn't that void the deed and revert the property back to my father? MY father died a few years ago and i am his only son and his wife is in prison shouldn't I by law be legally able to get the land deed in my name. I have been paying property tax for 3years and the land is not being used and hasn't been used for 3 years I do go to the land occasionally to check it my father did not have a will and I have tried to get lawyers to help me but no one will what should i do please give me suggestions i woul like to have the deed in my name to go and live on the property ?

okay here it goes I think I might be crazy but I don't know It's hard for me to get over things that happened in my past go I have forgave people but it's hard for me to forget. my dog cut her lower front leg. its a small cut i have cleaned and treated the cut i will keep and eye on it and take her to the vet if needed is there any thing i can do to make her feel better

I have a motor home that is 38 years old im trying to register it i have all the paper work to get the title and the police verified the vin and i had to take pics of the vehicle the tag and title place said i need a pic of the vin the only vin that is visible that me and the police could find is a 38 year old sticker that is faded inside the front ive took 27 pics of the vin and the still say that they cant see the vin number its faded you cant see the number unless you use your eyes should i take the sticker off and take it to the tag adn title place?
