    my great great aunt has been dead for over 5yrs and her husband has been dead for over 20yrs house is still in their name. the had one child that died from cancer 3yrs ago she was in her 60s the daughter has 2 girls in their late 30s one that cant be located and has mental issues from a wreck and the other daughter lived there like a leach for untill all the insurance money ran out and never tried to get the deed in her name long story the house is condemmed the power has been off for over 2years same with water it looks like hoarders inside and she was there for over 2yrs with kids now the house is condemmed by the city and property taxes hasnt been paid for 3yrs now the city said it will be in the back taxes sale in 2017 everything is still in my dead aunts name deed water/lights/gas nothing was ever changed over just curious I grew up in the house with my aunt she had no will and It saddens me to see it in this condition I am aware that I have no legal rights to it I have tried to buy it from the daughters the one that i could locate she would rather see the city take it than sell it any options or let it go this is in tennessee hamilton county thanks in advance and have a great day

    Wait until 2017 and bid on it when it goes to auction.
