What does Parentage Qualified mean?

It is stamped on my thoroughbred's Papers, I would like to know what this stands for?

    I think it may have something to do with the horses sire & dam, but im not 100%

    The only Parentage anything I have heard of being stamped on a horses papers is Parentage VERIFIED. Which means they have done DNA tests on both sire and dam and determined that horse is unique to only that mare and stud.

    They have DNA tested your horse and its parents are who the papers say they are.
