What should happen to the managers at Peanut Corp of America?

Those responsible for the mess created by Peanut Corporation must be held liable under the Penal Laws and the company to pay indemnities to victims.

We have a much different system of justice in this country. They have to be charged, tried by their peers, and, if found guilty, sentenced.

Americans are distrustful of the death penalty b/c of it's unbalanced use. And some people just oppose the death penalty on moral or other arguments. Our system is far from great but I'll take it over many another country including China.

I hate to disappoint you all, but you can only try them for murder if they deliberately introduced the salmonella themselves into the peanut butter, in a manner similar to the Tylenol cyanide poisonings. Otherwise, the best you can do is sue the bastards (that is, the company) and hope that they all get sacked.

Feed them the salmonella tainted peanut butter they sent to the American public. if they die they die.
