Does God give you physical signs that everything is going to be ok in life?
like i believe in physical signs from God. for example, once when i was down, i prayed and asked God to give me signs that everything is going to be okay. He did! and i was okay!
but now that i am emotionally down again due to personal reasons, I see these signs and I am not okay. I feel like the devil is playing with me.
Do you think that God is telling me everything is going to be okay, or the devil playing with my emotions that everything is going great, but its not?
thoughts?

Sometimes it is a matter of looking for the signs, particularly after making a request in prayer.

My Dear Friend: You are at the end of your trial and wits end. When God gives you a sign of anything i will guarantee you that you cannot mistake it for anything else. God is not sending mixed signals nor any signal that may be confused with something other than a sign from Him.
My guess is: God is waiting for you to listen to Him for the answer without your own feelings contained within.
God bless U as u search His Will !

God never promised that we would not go through trials and tribulations, he only promises to be there with us when we do. Many trials are given to strengthen us for the battle ahead of us, so each trial may be a little more difficult. This is also making you an 'adult' in Biblical sense, for we cannot all remain as babes in Christ Hebrews 5:13

Faith isn't about feelings. It's about God's promises.
I think a lot of people get messed up thinking about their feelings rather than the facts. God has promised to love you, to protect your faith, to save you. That has nothing to do with how you feel.
Personally, I'm not much for physical signs, either. I tend to see these as people asking God for parlor tricks so that he can prove himself to us. God isn't at our beck and call, and doesn't do tricks to entertain us, I don't believe.
You can know that God loves you by opening your Bible. You can know that God loves you by clinging to His promises.
But "feeling down" can be a sign on a real illness. That has nothing to do with faith; it can be a medical condition. If you're feeling down for a while (two weeks or more), and can't get to feeling better, then it's time to talk to your doctor.

Either way- make yourself feel okay and search God out in the process- if it's the devil that made you feel good, just make sure you stay connected with God
If it's God that made you feel better, then stay close with God anyway :)

Everything is not going to be great, thats life!
no matter believing in God the fact remains that there is still sin in the world, and as christians, it does not mean that we dont have to deal with it, it just means it is easier to deal with things, if we fully rely on God. God will not make everything Great, but in the End everything will be great, right now, we just have to tough it out.
so no, God wont give you signs, because he does not lie. he might comfort you in those times. i think Satan WOULD want you to think that everything is perfect, and want to give you signs, so that when everything is not perfect you will not rely on God as much. thats satans pull to pull you away from God.

some of those signs are in these verses 1corinthians 14:34-35 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.
35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

If he did, I'd be a theist.
