How do I remove a tragus hoop earring?

I have been twisting the ball for like 5 minutes and it wont loosen so im doing something wrong...

Idk, i just need help..

    It is probably a captive bead ring, which means that you can't unscrew it. You need pliers. Go back to the piercer and have them take it out for you. They won't charge you for this since they know that it requires a tool that not everyone has or can use themselves.
