wash all your beddings with an enzyme cleaning solution. i use to put about 1/2 cup to the wash.

next, make sure that your dog is not allowed into the bedroom when you are not there. or allowed to be on any furniture when you are not around. when you see him start to sniff or scratch on the area, pick him up and take him outside.

does he urinate/mark his territory after the puppy has been on the area? your male chi is jealous of the new puppy. he use to be the only one in the home until your sister got this new one. pay more attention to him. give him extra love.

I house trained my dog by holding his nose in his waste when in the house. He learned at a very young age that going inside will get him a nose full of stuff he doesn't want so now whenever he has to go he runs to the door and "dances".

go to vet and check with them but there is a spray you can use to stop that.
