The rich always take care of themselves and then hide their greed behind protestations of patriotism and fiscal responsibility.

A meaningless quote from a historically bad president.

George Bush as he was packing away the almost trillion dolllars that we banked away during the Clinton era.

Can some conservative provide the name of the speech, letter, or document it was said, the year it was stated, and if not too difficult an actual link to the whole document?

Some blog or political website just doesn't cut it.

It was someone Congress never heard of.

Nor have they heard of the quote either!
