can someone on probation travel out of the us for a week ?

    You need the PO permission to go any where, good luck getting that one approved

    You should have a conditions of probation document that you signed. Anything you can not do should be detailed in that paper. If you are allowed to leave the U.S. you will need the probation officer's permission. You will need to tell them where you are going how you're getting there and for how long.....etc. and they can still say no.

    We don't know the conditions of ones probation. They need to ask their PO

    Sure. You may have to get special permission but for sure you will have to inform probation officer to be safe. Mary.

    No not with out letting the PO know, and it is certain they will say no.

    You can normally travel but must notify your P/O prior to the trip!
