How do you call the chemical shape or structure of a protein?

I know there's a specific word for that.

    well for a cell its cell morphology, for a chemical.....it would be chemical composition....not 100% sure. or maybe chemical structure ie) linear, tetrahedrial, ect

    Proteins are either globular eg.hemoglobin alpha and beta chains, or fibrous eg, collagen
