Not completely sure but I know he is a guy from the band ZZ Top.
Edit - he is Billy Gibbons, lead guitar player.
Edit #2 - in fairness, the second poster got the name before me - but I did peg him as part of ZZ Top.

It's Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top. Angela's middle name, Pearly Gates, is in reference to the name that Billy gave his guitar.
Thanks for being fair Steve! Knowing he was in ZZ Top made it easier to find his name...so the credit should be split!
