The Democrats are working very hard to ensure there is never another Republican President and they will always have a majority in both houses of Congress.

1. Open the borders and make all illegals legal.

2. Set up the tax system so at least 50% of the people do not pay income taxes

3. Manipulate the 2010 census so it come out in their benefit.

4. Create a cradle to grave welfare system that makes most Americans dependent on the Federal Government

The Obama administration has explicitly referenced the mistakes of Japan's stimulus program of the 1990s, and is following sound economic theory.

I don't think the US could financially support the huge deficit military spending of another Reagan or Bush, even if the stimulus package were perfect.

However, the US citizen's support for several trillion dollars spent in Iraq indicates that military spending is more popular than domestic spending.

(Domestic spending means money spent inside the US, like the stimulus package. Sorry for using a big word.)
