Can you take prenatal vitamins if you're not pregnant?

I hear the benefits from them are better than a lot of women's multi vitamins. Is that true?

Absolutely! The vitmains are a prerfect vitamin- blend to help promote healthy hair, nails and gets your body balanced with everything it needs to function. Make sure that you're not taking any extra iron or other multi vitamins when on prenatal vitamins. There actually is such a thing of having too much of a good thing.

No problem. They're just vitamins. A lot of people say their hair and nails grow faster when they take them. Considering how most of our food is vitamin deficient, I think it's a good idea. I personally take tons of vitamins myself.

The only real difference I can think of perhaps is that prenatal vitamins have a higher percentage of folic acid than an average women's multivitamin. The only other beneifit may be that prenatal vitamins are usually covered by your insurance while the others would be paid for out of pocket.

It's absolutely true, and absolutely nothing wrong with taking them daily.

I've been taking them for years.
