I've suffered from depression since I was 13. If she is already on meds and seeing a mental health professional than all she needs is your continual support. I dealt with it on my own all my life, no meds, no psychiatrist, and no friends. I regret this and came close to suicide more than once. Of the three I only needed one and that was friends, people who cared and let me know they cared to help me. Let her know she means the world to you and that you are always available to her. That is all she needs at this point and the only real thing that matters.
