how to fix blurry picture on photoshop?
so valentines day is coming up and i really want to get my boy this photo of us together. but the prob. is i can't figure out how to fix the blurry picture and make it clear. could someone help me?
i have photoshop 5.0
i tried looking it up on youtube but they only have it for other photoshops, and its not the same steps.
or is anyone bored enough and willing to do it for met? :\

This is not a silly answer but it's not going to be much help either.
There is little if anything you can do to make a blurred picture clear.
The silly answer "use the smudge tool" will only make it worse.
If a pic is not focused properly with the camera initially you can't re-focus it with a program.
I use Photoshop 6 and via the filter menu is a function to "sharpen".
You could try it if you have it in 5 but if the pic is badly out of focus I doubt it will have much effect.
If the detail is not in the pic the program does not have anything to work with.
