98 Mustang Starting issues, basic maintenance fix?
I have been having issues starting my 98 mustang the last few weeks. Weather has been a bit cold and wet at time (southern california). This occurs when the car has been sitting a while, like over night, and sometimes just after a few hours.
It's been about 9 months or so since and lube/oil change was done, could this be the issue?
The engine cranks, but doesn't turn over. Battery is good as the headlights are bright, starter seems ok. Maybe a fuel issue?
please provide useful and helpful answers.

Maintenance will help your car stay healthy. Don't replace parts that aren't wornout or broken. A fuel pump's pressure & flow can be tested at the fuel rail. Pick up a ' haynes ' manual from your favorite parts store for less than $20 and familarize yourself with the car's needs. Doing your own maintenance and repairs is rewarding.

Very well could be, replace your fuel pump. Plus, to help prevent further problems change your fuel filter as well.. Hope this helps.
