I've heard that 'God' does disapprove of masturbation, but masturbation is very healthy and has lots of health benefits, including, if you're a man, less chance of getting testicular cancer, it can also make you feel relaxed, happier and you're concentration level can rise, so carry on doing it, after-all masturbation has been 'proved' to be healthy, whereas 'God' hasn't been proved to even exist.
