If leftist talk radio was a winner in the marketplace, wouldn't George Soros have invested in it by now?
Here's the logic: Leftist talk radio is a winner in the market, but evil, right wing radio companies conspire to keep it off the air. If it were a winner, wouldn't George Soros have put up the money to start his own left wing radio network? Instead, we had Airhead America ripping off a Boys and Girls Club to get the money to keep operating.
P.S. - I don't listen to Limbaugh, I'm just a libertarian who sheds light on bogus claims.

One of the biggest reasons that socialism always fails is the absolute refusal of the left to address cost-benefit theories.
And when they do, rest assured that evil lies beneath. " It costs a lot to treat an old person? They won't work again, so there's no future benefit to the great society plantation. Let's just embrace Daschle's plan and simply let them die. "

George Soros has more than one way to get his ideas across to the public (he is one of the owners of Yahoo! Answers, for example) than that, but if leftist talk radio was a winner in the market, there would not need to be all this effort to shut down "right wing" radio, because it would die from lack of interest.

I've heard that Soros is the only thing keeping Air America on the air.
Liberals would have us believe that big money is backing conservative talk radio but the fact is the paying sponsors are funding it. No such luck for liberal talk radio.
Radio stations are in the business of making money. They will air any program that will make them a few dollars. Apparently liberal talk radio can't do that.
All of the above is the reason why Congressional Democrats will try to reinstate the Fairness Doctrine: "if our voice can't make it in the free market place of ideas, then by God, we'll force feed it to you."

confident regardless of if Soros did;t very own Petrobras. we would desire to have good reason to private loan money, like securing rights to the oil which i anticipate CHina is eying, yet there is alot of subject concerns in touch. Petrobras has a lot of money and is controlled by using the Brazilian government. edit. I do see undertaking however. Obama is usual to locate back door potential to offer money to his acquaintances. Goldman Sachs is the biggest donor to Obama, and my suspicion is that Obama bail out AIG to renounce money to GOldman Sachs. His stimulus equipment additionally looks to partially supply money to GE. Ge gave him alot of loose television time to the Democrats and Obama by using way of NBC-familiar networks.

Oh my god, that's such an old talking point dude. Air America didn't know the money came from a Boys & Girls club and they returned the money after finding out.
Seriously dude, you need to try better then that. Air America is doing very well right now and a lot of Progressive talk shows are doing better then Regressive talk shows in many key markets like Los Angeles, Portland, New York and Chicago.

I do not listen to talk radio but the gov't has no right telling stations what they must air
If the left can not compete then they do not belong on the air. Its a simple as that

Question: Who listens to the radio all day?
Answer: The Unemployed, or those who work in unskilled jobs like McDonald's or Jiffy Lube.
Maybe the Democrats are too busy to listen to the radio. And maybe they can think on their own, and hence have no need to listen to some moron tell them what to think.

I guess so but also Karl Rove knew that hoodwinking the Christian demographic would get Republicans elected and he was right. So it would be no surprise if Right Wing talk radio feels that there is a segment of the population that they can easily manipulate and keep tuned to their propaganda. Leftists, by their nature, are more independent thinkers and harder to tie down as a group.

George Soros should of been kicked out of our country like Europe did to him. We just don't learn. I don't know why there has to be such a fight over these commentators. That's all they are. None of them hold any real power and no one ever trashes on the liberal ones.
