itune blocks this function since itune is the tool with one way to transfer files from itune to ipod. you must utilize other tools to achieve that. Itunes can only transfer songs that u purchased from itunes... (why would they want to make it easy....lol)

If that doesn't work used senuti (itunes spelled backwards). It's a downloadable app from the internet.

An iPod can be synced with only one iTunes account at a time. once you switched to a new iTunes account or a new computer.
