5'9", male, and 180 lbs.
Over the last six months I've lost just under forty pounds. I figure I need to lose maybe another fifteen to be at a good weight for my height and physical condition.
A few extra pounds on a female looks DELICIOUS.
On a man, it just makes him look sloppy.
