ddr2 is for the computer, gddr2 is the same thing except that it's the memory on the videocard, dedicated to the video card only.
Actually, I think most videocards have gddr3 memory. Some high end ones have gddr5.
The g just stands for graphics. It doesn't really matter, some cards say they have 512 mb of ddr3 memory, some say 512 mb of gddr3 but it's actually the same thing.
