Get some intestinal parasites. They are much safer than AIDS. In USA someone sold diet pills with some worm eggs inside them, and they worked like a charm.

I'd guess at least 75% of the folks on R&S were born after AYDS stopped being marketed.

That reminds me of a South Park episode I watched where the Subway guy admitted that it wasn't really Subway sandwiches that made him loose weight, it was his AIDs. Except, by AIDs, he meant his 'aides'.
