i would say the 3650 with 1gb or ram but that is wayy to much for that card here is a better deal from newegg.com

Well, the 3650 is the best there, but you are getting ripped off. You can get the 9500GT, which is better then the 3650(Proof:http://en.hardspell.com/doc/showcont.asp?news_id=3803&pageid=3094)
For $73 you can get the 9500GT-
