Can anyone give me advice....?

for a first time home-buyer? I'm looking to buy a condo or single family home in the next 6-10 months. Are there first time home-buyers programs - I already looked at the Acorn program and found that I don't quite qualify. Also, what is the best way to find foreclosed homes?

Thanks!

Banks don't sell their foreclosed homes directly. They list them with Realtors. You want a Realtor that represents buyers. It won't cost you anything because the commission is paid by the seller through the listing agent. A buyers agent will have your best interest in mind.
