Why the hell did the Suns fire Terry Porter?
I think Steve Kerr needs to be fired. Kerr was the one who orchestrated all the deals, which basically left TP to coach a pile of crap. Its not TP's fault Diaw, Marion, and Bell got traded, in which those players kept the suns together. Its also not Porters fault Stoudamire is a hair away from being traded. Its Kerr's fault. Porter is trying to coach a team that cannot be coached as one unit. Who thinks Porter is in being wronged here?

I can't say for sure, but when a team doesn't do as well as expected the coach is usually the first to go. The owner pretty much uses the coach as a scapegoat in this situation. Terry Porter may or may not have been doing a good job, but surely the owner had to put the blame on somebody. Kerr did make some questionable trades but he has more respect probably because he was on the Bulls squad with MJ during those years.

i think of the Terry Porter test is blowing in Steve Kerr's face good now... i think of there's a concern with him and Nash on working the hot device, and being the main important guy and floor chief if Nash could no longer play what his coach dictates it is a concern, i think of yet another coach might desire to help the Suns learn protection, i think of Terry merely ain't the guy for the activity. As for Isiah, Nope i do no longer see him practise interior the NBA every time quickly possibly after 2 many years after the persons forgets the fiasco he's made in enormous apple and the CBA... :D desire this permits.

I think that Terry Porter doesn't coach the way the Suns wan to play. The Suns team is an offensive team and Terry Porter insists on defence which slows them down. Judging by the game last night, the Suns are playing their old game and it works for them.

Honestly i dont think the team give him a chance and really bought into his system. They were still over .500 and it wasnt like they couldnt put up point in a halfcourt offense they avaerage like 100+ point a game. In the end i think the players handle the sitation unprofessionally whining like babies over a change of coach and because they had to play defense for a change.

Because Phoenix is not going to make the playoffs with him plus I think there was internal issues and the coaches to players message was not working.

Phoenix should just close down. Do it prematurely. It's going to happen anyways. Make a draft and send off Suns players.

Terry brought in a System that did not fit..they say. For whatever reason the Suns are not Championship material- there I said it.
