Finding central angle of a circle?

Hey,

How do I go about finding the central angle of a circle (i.e. wheel) given the radius and rate per minute?

Your question doesn't really make sense... The central angle of any circle is 360°.

Do you mean something like angular velocity or angular momentum, perhaps? Or the central angle of some arc of a circle?

    you've : --------------------------------------... C = Circumference = ( 2 ) ( pi ) ( r ) C = ( 2 ) ( pi ) ( 19 ) = 38 pi ft Theta = [( Arc length / Circumference )] [( 2 ) ( pi ) ] Theta = [ ( 5 / 38pi ) ] [ ( 2 ) ( pi ) ] Theta = 5 /19 radians = 0.2632 radians <-------------------------------
