How can I make one of those abstract custom wallpaper in PS Elements 7?
I just got the PS Element 7 as a gift and I'm new at this. Does anyone know how I can make one of those custom abstract wallpaper? I doubt either of those were made with photoshop. more likely some high-detail 3d modeling/rendering program. and for a beginner... that stuff isnt easy. not at all.
