Can you safely use antibacterial wipes on toddlers?

I have used them on carts in the store and we try to keep everything clean and my little guy came down with MRSA. I thought I had heard that using antibacterial wipes on kids could be harmful to them. I am thinking about getting them just for when soap and water are not available. I have always been a believer that you should not use the wipes too much but since this MRSA thing I have been told to use them. Any mom's have a similar situation your advice is greatly appreciated. My little guy is fine. He just finished his antiobiotics and it seems that his MRSA has cleared up. :)

I always used the plain old baby wipes, their nice and moist, we always used them to clean them up when they did their business. Their not to strong and they have a barrier, or lotion in them to keep them moisturized. Keep them in the van, and often use them myself.

you have to be careful with what kind of wipes you use on kids because they could break out into an allergic reaction
