Strict parents?? Given this situation do you think i have them? Thanks.?
I recently went out the whole day literally 12 hrs chillin with friends, didnt bother telling my parents because since they knew i was off school they would question me so much..wen my mom called a couple of times i answered and told her who i was with but not what i was doing..its not that im doing anything wrong but they want to know where what and who im with..every single detail when im gone (for my safety i guess) buts its soo annoying..they would prefer i stick in my room the whole day...i thought there not strict..but it seems they are..what do u think? btw im 19!!!

Parents are parents dude. They just care about your well being. It's always good to have your own space especially since your 19. Your parents are probable having a hard time letting you go. Possible because you've been around all the time and they've known what you've been doing all that time.
They're stuck in a habit. You need to sit your parents down and just tell them that you'd like a little more space. Remind them that your 19 and you are an adult. Then tell them to remember when they were 19 and how it feels. Sometimes parents need to be put in your shoes, little secret, they were once 19 too. ;)
Talk it over, tell them you need space.
