i need help.........serof drawplus 8?

First, are you sure you specifically need DrawPlus, or would any vector package do? Inkscape ( http://www.inkscape.org/ ) has similar capabilities and is free. DrawPlus has its own file format, so if you have to work with files given to you, it wouldn't be an option.

Second, Serif are pretty aggressive promoters of their stuff - if you have to buy it, don't pay full price, make sure you push them for the best deal you can. If you register the free editions, you get pretty deep discounts on the upgrades.

Third, if you've been set work and told to use version 8, shouldn't your tutor be pointing you to where a copy is available to use?

i don't think you can get drawplus 8 for free i know the serif site itself only gives you drawplus 4 for free but you could contact them and see if they can help
