If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. cook in a 425 degree oven for about 8 minutes. Higher heat will make them very crispy.

I would cook them at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, then flip & cook for 5 more minutes - if they are crispy, they are done!
The fish is already cooked, so you really cannot mess it up :)

the general rule of thumb for fish sticks is 400°F (205°C) in a shallow pan for 16 minutes, turning them over halfway through the cooking.

Make sure oven is HOT! and don't crowd them on the pan. Put them on parchment paper, it helps crisp the bottom, even if you flip them over it helps a lot. Drain them on paper towels when they come out for a minute.

Are they battered or not? Be specific "Doctor"... Do you want them baked, broiled or fried? FFS I CAN'T ANSWER
