i am 21 years old and only weigh 9 stone , what shall i eat for breckfast dinner tea and super

    6 meals per day

    40% Protein 40% Carbohydrates 20% Fat

    1 portion is your fist size...so 2 portions each of Protein, Carbs and Fat for Breakfast

    Lunch

    Snack

    Dinner

    Snack

    You should look for foods high in protein (eggs, etc.)

    Whay protein is good too.
