do people who use YAHOO ANSWERS have jobs?

Hi I am Sid and I am English. I own many major companies(mostly US based), but I often wonder if the normal people who use YAHOO ANSWERS actually have jobs. They seem to spend all day on here mucking about, all at the tax payers expense and this annoys me.

Thoughts on this please

I have a job, so i'm not on here at the taxpayers expense!?

I think that you should find out what the majority of people do apart from go on here before you get stressed out about whether it's at the tax payers expense!

Why are you on here if you own so many companies!? Surely they keep you busy?? Especially with golf etc, paper pushing and pencil sharpening!??

    (not nice is it?)

I have a job, i jobshare so i don't work wednesdays and today im taking one of my annual leave days, but i haven't been on here all day mucking about, in fact ive only just come on after doing housework, cooking and other jobs around the house. Sadly in this economic climate there are people out there who have no job through no fault of their own.

I do not have a job, I don't need a job,,I do volunteer . But I chose to come here when I feel bored or waiting for something better to do at that time...I agree , It does get addicting but to me it is far better than watching some TV show , And it is way better for my credit card that I am not out shopping and finding every sale there is.

If you are working and your job permits you here,,Why not,,It is better than daydreaming waiting for customers all day long.

If you are here and not working and you are supposed to Well,,you might just get fired and you know better.

Some come here for other reasons, I actually came here often to find out things I needed or wanted to know,

It is very time consuming for people that have nothing better to do and there is nothing wrong with being here. You just might meet a friend or learn something you didn;'t know.

Just to let ya know,,We pay LOTS in taxes!

    Yes I work.

I have my own business, and only go on YA while on a break, but as it's my business anyway I can go on-line when I want.

But why do you think it's at the tax payers expense, I assume you mean out of work or on benefit folk. If so then say it.

Yes...I have a very good one...I have skills that no one else here does so I develop things they don't understand, tell them to use them, then sit around and be important until they come to me confused with questions. Some of us here on Y!A have big juicy brains and are overachievers who are forced to slack off so we can blend in with the average joes and underachievers...it's kinda like camouflage.

Plus there is the down time between reports and meetings.

I'm a full-time student and I work 30 hours a week. And I imagine that most of the people on here that are old enough to do.

It's more like the primary at this point. I sometimes have to take time off from Yahoo to handle sales calls and stuff.
