I recently fixed up and renavated an old house to rent out..It looks great except for the old hardwood floors..They arent in the best of shape and even if I sanded them they probably wouldnt look good. I want to put down carpet but my husband says we should just let them be and let the renters buy and use their own carpets. He doesnt want to put any more money into it since we did so much already to fix it up and says it is one more thing that must be cleaned or replaced if renters mess it up....This is our 1st time doing this and we never rented before...any suggestions would be appreciated..THANK YOU!

I bought some spray paint for on radiators but doesnt say if I should prime old scraped off painted ones before I use it..I tried using reg. primer and it looked like rust spots when it dried...It wasnt rusty when I put it on...Is there a special kind of primer or shouldn

t I use any primer with paint or enamal??? THANK YOU for any suggestions//

My printer is only 2 yrs old. It worked fine til last week. It wasn't saying it was empty with ink but I thought maybe it needed a new set of ink jets. I put new ones in and it still looks like it is missing the black tone. Does anyone know what I can do to make it work? I would appreciate info. THANKS

My GPS is just a portable one..I was on my way home and it was working well , than when I needed it most. It just ran out of juice and said it was powering down and had to be recharged...It was plugged into my car lighter though...

I know this is basic computer knowledge and almost everyone knows how to do this,,But almost everything I learned on here was self taught or I had to ask others to help me .(.I didn't even know about copy and paste til a short time ago..)

My husband and I have another home close to my daughters and we go there when we can..We joined a ymca there and go work out often and stay current with our dues all through the yr..Finally our home town is getting a YMCA together and I was wondering if we would have to pay another Iniation fee to join...I thought they might be connected and I know I probably will have to pay monthly dues to it but what about a joining one time only fee?

I have an older computer by a few yrs and I have used it hard and mostly for editing photos..I have 1000's of them and I never knew about defraging until someone told me to..I tried it and it has been defraging for 3 days now and not even close to being done..Is the computer messed up or stuck or can it truly be defraging that long?? I mostly use that for storing things on..like photos and music etc.

I have lots of things I need to get rid of on my ipod...Mostly used up space that I thought I downloaded music on..When I first checked out my ipod it already had 3 games on it..I started playing them and would like to save them with getting rid of them..If I format, will it clear them off or keep it as I got it..

I have been away and turned off the fountain in my yard during that time..When I came back there were thousands of small tadpoles in my pond..I don't have any fish but I do like the birds and other forms of nature using the pond for drinking or birdbaths etc..The problem is,,I don't want 1000 of frogs jumping around all over and around the pond. Can I add something that will not effect the birds if they drink it but kill the tadpoles..???I was thinking clorox but will that hurt the birds at all ..and will it even kill the tadpoles...I wouldn't care if there were only some but the tadpoles are all over and than there would be frogs all over if I don't get rid of them now.Please suggest help if you know how...Thanks.

I got this for a gift about a yr ago. I couldn't find the directions and now I finally figured out that I had to go through itunes..Before I thought I could just sink the music in by dragging it from my music folder on my computer. It took hrs to download all this music..Over 300 plus Cds I had on my hard drive that I copied from my cds a few yrs ago. I found out that it used up alot of the Memory of my ipod but it doesn't say there are any songs,,So they are transported on my ipod and I can't find or retrieve any of these songs I recorded . I didn't know that it could use up space and not be able to retrieve ..My daughter helped me a bit with getting them put on itunes....So I could put them on my ipod and they would be able to be played..I know have alot of extra space on my ipod used up in the extra part of memory.. But since I can't see what is on there I figured it is those lost songs I previously recorded ..(not through I tunes) Is there any way I can erase the extra space without erasing all the music and photos I put on it with itunes or do I have to format the whole ipod? I am so confused especially without any directions..Please help me if you can..I really appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks!

My ipod classic (360GB) just froze up while I was playing vortex game on it..I think the battery was low but I thought I could just plug it in and it would be ok. I can't get it off or on or anything..There is only a blank white screen on it and I can't even turn it off. Could you please help if you know what might cause this or how I can fix it? Thank you.

I know the average age is up to 18 yrs or so..My moms cat is almost 23 yrs old..Does anyone know how old is the oldest living cat or how the record for cats to live?

My computer is running slow..And it has signs of a virus..but not really sure if it is or if there is way too much junk that is in files,,,I have 1000's of songs and photos both on here..I have been trying to get rid of them but still things are popping up etc...I deleted over 1000 photos by putting them on CD's and still there is not much a difference..If I have a virus...How hard is it to get rid of...I recently purchases an updated anti virus (Norton Anti virus) It only goes so far and says it can't finish...Even after I deleted all those photos...Can I do anything or do I just have to keep deleting files???? Please help if you think you can..I really appreciate it...

I don't but I am making a vow today to do so..I just heard that one of my older best friends were killed in a car accident this morning.. I feel so bad and helpless, so I will make this promise in her honor that I will always wear mine from now on...Please pray for her 3 daughters..I feel she is in heaven,, She was a wonderful ,kind person...How sad for the family.
