e-harmony b/c you have to drag conversation on for awhile before meeting. make sure meet people in public. and you can always do a background check if you start to date them more seriously.

E-harmony and match.com are pretty good. I found my mate there. Just write a good profile. The important thing is that not about being yourself. many people say "be yourself". But if your self "sucks" , then you need to become better and write a better profile. Just hire someone to do it. ONe of my friends was resonably good looking and talented , but he couldn't write a good profile and didn't know how to be around good women. So I had to do it for him, and train him a lot. Otherwise even on match.com or anywhere you will still have trouble finding a good person.
