Basketball Poll: Do you prefer a dynasty or everybody gets a shot situation?

Dynasty team -- has won a few titles in a row, and a team that's favorite to win it all again. They will have some challengers, but they are undoubtedly the favorite by far. (ex: 90s Bulls and 2000s Lakers)

Everyone gets a shot -- There are several contenders being almost equal in power, and repeating as champs is extremely difficult in this situation.

Star if you like! :)

BQ: Lakers vs Hornets, what's your prediction??

Update:

229time: yeah NBA doesn't offer the surprise thrill like NFL, who the **** thought the Cards would make the Super bowl.

Obviously a Dynasty if it involves my team. Even if its not my team, then its still fun trying to see who can "knock them off" so to speak.

BQ: Lakers. Chandler isnt playing so it'll be a easy win

  • It's more fun when the level of playing field is fair when there is no team dominating, so I like it when everyone gets a shot. it's much more better watching it's there's real competition and there's a challenge in every game.

I predict the Lakers to win, it's not going to be easy because the Hornets play us better at staples but the way Pau and Lamar is playing this will be a victory for us.

    I love the Lakers Dynasty.

Lakers avenge that last home loss to the Hornets, in which I attended and was pissed.

    Lakers win 106 - 100

To be real I like the dynasty of course its even better if its my lakers but if its not I like the idea of 1 team being chased by all the rest because it makes all the other contenders step their game up and new rivals come out of nowhere ........think of that laker 3peat team and how excited people got when anyone challenged them kings/blazers and how much heat I took when they lost, but that's cool its all part of being a fan.

I prefer paroday with everyone having a short. Only one or a relatively few teams with realistic chance to become champions makes the game boring and biased. Maintaining a level of competition that is reasonably fair to all teams is what gives sports suspense and keeps them developing new innovative gameplans.

That's why I don't like the BSC in college football. I don't care what conference a team plays in. If they're the only undefeated team, they shoud get a shot at the title. Utah got robbed.

I like everyone getting a shot. But I don't think the NBA is really hard to win a championship, there are lots of good teams and trades going on and lots of games being played to see who's best.

    Everyone gets a shot

-One of the major problems with the NBA, is its to predictable. We already have a good idea of whos winning the title, before the season starts. While other sports such as MLB and NFL, its not as predictable.

    BQ: LAL

  • Dynasty, along as it's the Lakers!

    BQ: Lakers win.

everybody gets a shot that way its like sharing the wealth in a non communist kind of way..... i like upsets and underdogs and surprise teams that no one expects to win :) its fun

BQ: i'm going against everyone here (although Lakers are like dominating!) and say Hornets; go CP3~!

Everyone gets a shot, because it gets boring watching the same teams year after year. Unless its my team, then I would mind a dynasty
