Backing up files in Yahoo mail?

I have a few files in my yahoo mail where I keep old jokes and stuff. I can't seem to find these files in a directory. How can I take them from Yahoo mail and put them on a disk???

    There is no practical way to save Yahoo Web Email. They can only be saved by copy and paste to a document on your computer. If you want to save email you must have a pop3 account and a separate email program. Yahoo charges $19.99 a year for the service.
