and she does ALL these things, because HE allows it, and by running every time, he is encouraging it she is clearly a lonely old woman, who may or may not need help he needs to be the one to stand up and say no he isn't coming home because she has a headache he needs to help her find alternative care, he cannot just drop his responsibility, but he can take a step back poor guy is getting it from both sides he deserves a medal to answer your questions yes you cannot be blamed for feeling this way, however, i assume she was always this demanding, her behavior hasn't changed, but your need and expectations have i wouldn't tell her how you feel because if she is doing this to be vindictive, she will step it up a gear and make him feel more guilty and obliged try and get her into some clubs geared for the elderly, take up her time with a distraction your partner has enough stress, i would approach this as you wanting to help her contact your local library, they usually have lists of activities in your area, if she starts a new social life, she will leave you both alone

take an Aleve and drink a tall glass of water.Turn off all the lights and sit in a dark area of the house that has less sunlight.
That helps me a great deal when I'm suffering from a migraine or allergy headache.
But if it's that haven't eaten in 9 hours headache you are most likely going too need too lay down for at least 4 hours.

Exedrine Migraine works for me. Take two of them with a full glass of water. If you don't have any look up the ingredients and see if you have them in your medicine cabinet. Substitute glass of water w/ a can of caffinated soda.
