No messages in my inbox but still showing "2 unread"?
I'm using the "new" Yahoo! mail, and since a few days ago, I always have a "(2)" next to my inbox even when I delete every message.
There is also 1 message that says "Yahoo Error, Message Cannot Load." I delete it, it goes away, along with the (2) next to the inbox, but the next time I refresh, they are both back.
I even tried moving the offending message to spam so I wouldn't have to deal but it didn't work.

Just another Yahoo glitch It is one of many problems. Hopefully they will get it right soon. If all else fails go back to classic mail via this link. http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?script=no click yes when asked do you want to opt out. Hope this helps.

i've got observed a glitch which retains the scroll bar interior the checklist of messages from going each and each of ways right down to tutor the final message or 2. For me I had to double click the final message i ought to attain, and open finished message view. From there I chosen the previous message (down arrow) and found 2 messages which do no longer tutor interior the checklist view, which consists of one unread message.
