how to soften leather?
i just bought a new small leather tool bag that seems real stiff,i was asking if there was a product that would soften it up some.

Don't baseball players rub something into their gloves? I'd try a sporting goods store, maybe.

My mother used to soften the leather by rubbing in some cream. Normal face cream or hand cream works fine, but the fatter the better. You can try that!
