    Is there a summer workout program that your football coaches hold? Run sprints everyday. Work on your agility and footwork. If there are hills or long stairs then run those. If you have weights lying around then you should do some compound lifts like bench press, squats, military press, deadlifts, power cleans. If you have friends around throw the football around. Number one key for being a receiver and safety is to have good hands.

    do agility work like ladders and box jumps
