Lv. 64 Empoleon - Surf, Waterfall, Hydro Canon/Hydro Pump, Metal Claw

Lv. 60 Rapidash - Fire Blast, Blast Burn, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz

Lv. 61 Staraptor - fly, Brave Bird, Steel Wing, Close Combat

Lv. 59 Luxray - Thunder, Thunderbolt, Thunder fang, Thundershock/Cut

Lv. 61 Medicham - Close Combat, Psychic, Detect, Rock Smash/Brick Break

Lv.57 Graveler - Strength, Rock climb, earth quake, Stealth ROck

Or choose your own team

Choose Piplup, the water pokemon as ur starter, train it well and It will evolve into Empoleon which is very strong.This will deal with Bertha and Flint (Elite 4 members using Ground/Fire Pokemons).Next pokemon u get is a Gastly or any ghost pokemon. It will be useful against elite 4 member four.Catch a fire pokemon and train it.Will be useful againts the 1st elite 4 member.Now the champion is left.She has these pokemon....

Spiritomb-Deal it with the Ghost Pokemon I suggested or Empoleon

Gastrodon-Catch a Grass Pokemon for it.Roselia is a great one. (Teach ur Roselia Energy Ball, Sunny Day,Solarbeam n Synthesis)

Lucario-Fire type I suggested

Roserade-One again the fire Pokemon

Garchomp-Theach Empoleon Ice Beam using a TM (Game Corner) and use it..

Milotic-Get him wid the Grass pokemon.I suggest u to train a Shinx at the beginning for a strong thunder dude incase ur Grass pokemon faints)

i would say infernape,staraptor,i played it before and i beat it sevral times and so i have them level 100,i got them with cheat code action replay code, or u could train them more with other pokemon.
