Before you go electric toy need to think about the carbon footprint.Electric cars are still at the begining stages. It takes hundreds if lithium batteries to make them efficent. These batteries have alot of awful chemicals in them. They need to go to a recycling place when they are used up.Then it takes alot more energy to make them work again. Therefore I think that now is not the time for an all electric conversion car.Hey I,ll take the motor out of her mopar though!

Yes, there are companies and people who will convert it to an electric car for her. You'll have to google around to find them however.

But- as stated above, electric cars, while not necessarily a new technology, are still very primitive. They do not operate just like a normal car- they need a LOT of batteries to drive around, and these batteries take up a considerable amount of space, weigh a ton, and then cost an arm and a leg. She'd have to shell out upwards of $5000 if she was going to do all the work herself, guess about $10,000 or more if she was going to pay someone else to do it for her.

They have limited range- imagine she'd be confined to 100 miles or less between charges. And the charges could take 10 hours.

Furthermore, it's not as environmentally friendly as it all sounds. That electricity had to be created somewhere, and likely at a coal fired power plant. And when those batteries go bad, you've got 2,000 lbs of toxic waste to deal with.

A Cordoba, while cool, is a heavy car, and it will use more electric power to move it around. She'd be better off converting a smaller, lighter car to do this with, or simply not doing it at all.

Look up "white zombie" on Google for inspiration though if she wants to push through with this. It's a drag racing, all electric Datsun 1200 race car. So it can be done- but it's a lot of money, time, and effort to do, and she's probably going to have to figure it out herself.

You don't say electric what. If you are talking about an electric power-plant, it's not worth the cost.
