What would you do if your boyfriend was placed under house arrest?

My boyfriend has been placed under house arrest for drinking and streaking.. -_- is that possible? That seems like a small crime for such big punishment! Should I break up with him? Should I tell my parents? (I am 15)

You should concentrate on school. If your grades are A's and B's then you can think about having a boyfriend. If you are 15 and hanging out with boys who are drinking and streaking, what will you be doing when you're 21?

No, that's not a "big punishment" and no, that's not a "small crime". Being drunk in public has some very "big" possibilities. And "streaking" is not the "biggest" of them! A person who is drunk is not in his right mind, and anything can happen, sometimes very serious property damage, injuries and even death to innocent people. He could end up in prison for several years, never mind "house arrest". Obviously he has a serious drinking problem, and if you want to stay with someone like that, I guess it's your choice, but I certainly would advise against it. Until he is willing to get help to get his addiction under control, I would strongly urge you to break up with him, especially since you are only 15!!!

Should you tell your parents? Are you wanting them to break up with this guy for you? Because any parent in their right mind would forbid you to continue seeing a guy with a drinking problem. The responsible thing, however, would be for you to do the breaking up, and that way there would be no need to tell your parents.

Yes and Yes. Your parents will find out and if you show them they can not trust you with who you date--they may have no choice but to become very strict with you and perhaps take away dating from you all together.

haha!! same thing happend to me hun :D i just laughed at him. it depends where he was streakin. for drinkin most times theyll let you off with a warning but if he was all over the place thats a lil different. just talk to him. i wouldnt tell your parents cuz itll only make the situation worse for you and they prolly wont trust your judgement of guys. im 14 btw

Let him come out of his wrong doings.

His character correctness is not your business.
