    Far too much missing information. Mainly, what is the angle of the second surface relative to the first one?

    If the two surfaces are parallel then the refraction produced by the first surface can be ignored and the final angle is found by using

    sin i = 1.5 sin r

    where i = original angle of incidence

    r = final angle ( angle of refraction )

    and we are taking Nair = 1

    best I can do.
