Can you have your e-mails sent as texts to your phone?

I am going on a vacation soon and I want to be able to get my e-mails as texts. I know I can send them as e-mails but can I forward them to my phone automatically?

Update:

I don't have acess to the internet on my phone anymore so I can't do web enabled stuff

Call you Cell provider and ask for the costs. It could be VERY expensive.

If your e-mail service has a "forward" function, your e-mail can forward your e-mail wherever you want... but those text costs could be astronomical.

    Be wise - check first.

    God Bless your travels!

    Peace.

No you can't. Texting isn't exactly a recognized language that emails can suddenly be turned into. Can't you check your emails from your cell phone and just read them as you always do?
