Is there a program similar to "windows blind " but free?

like the look off it but free ware will i hope allow me to do some thing similar for Nowt.

i have vista

the windows blind i downloaded was a 30 day trial

will have a look on http://filehippo.com/ to check it out

    Windows Blinds and star dock programs are free.

    Ive used them for many years, I got them from www.filehippo.com

    well you could just patch your windows so that you can apply unregister theme

    download and install

    uxtheme autopatcher(google it)

    patch your system then go to crystalxp (google it) and download some themes
