How do you login into accounts that were using an old email address that no longer exists?

Assuming you still know the user name and password, it doesn't matter if the email address no longer exists. However, if you've forgotten the password, you may have to create a new account since they won't be able to email you a new password.
Once you get into your account, just be sure to change the email address.
If you don't know the user name and/or password, the only other option would be to contact the site administrators to see if they can validate you in some other way.
