Does anyone know the recipe?

I want ot make that delicious pumpkin dessert. It looks kinda like a "crumble" and it has the coolest crunchy, sweet, salty, pumpkin-ny taste! I don't know what it's called or how to make it! I'm so sorry that's all the info I have, but I'm pregnant and I'm TOTALLY craving it right now! If someone has the recipe (Or something close), then I will pick yours as the top answer! Thanks so much!

You may be able to adapt this 'crumble' recipe.

    Desserts:- Rhubarb Crumble

    4C Rhubarb

    1C Sugar

    2T Cornstarch

    1C Water

    3/4C Oatmeal

    1C Flour

    1 C Brown sugar

    1/2C Shortening

    1t Cinnamon

    1/2C Nuts (optional)

Cook rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch and water in saucepan until clear and thick.

Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well with pastry blender or spoon. Pour mixture in a 9x9 baking pan.

    Top with crumble mixture.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Maybe served with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
