Let's find the next highest square bigger than 119.

    It's 121. 11^2 is 121. 121 - 2 is 119.

Now, to express 11 in twos.

    multiply 11 * 2 / 2 = 22/2

    so (22/2)^2 -2 = 119

Sounds a whole lot like the fours four game. There are usually rules set out about what types of operations you can do (some allow you to "cheat")

Well... I can do it in six twos...

    (2/2 + 2 + 2)! - (2/2)

Let's see if I can do better...

    Another with six twos...

    (((2+2)! - 2) / 2 )^2 - 2

Yeah, I don't know... I'll leave this just for others to follow, but I don't think I'll be able to find it...

Heheh, I just barely missed it, didn't I? I knew I could get there by squaring 11 and subtracting 2, but forgot I could concatenate 2's to make 22. Good job, guys.
